changes come fast (emergency commission)

I don't post much personal stuff here but now I'm in a situation where I need that :/

so yeah since weeks (or are they now months? I'm not sure) I'm trying to convince my mum that I could affort to have a cat. But everything what I say seems to be ignored by her :'D nice mh?
she often changes her mind so in a moment where she said yes I talked with a person from a pet rescue for cats. So we cleared everything.

But the problem comes now:
My mum doesn't want to do anything with the financial stuff, so it's up to me. And you probably know that pet rescues often wants a security charge (in this case it's a charge to be sure I really want a cat and am not one of those cruel pet torturers and it's a fee I have to pay that they went to the veterinarian with the cat.)
And it isn't cheap, they want arround 140€. For me it's a lot of money and my savings will only come up this month for all the stuff I have to bux for the cat to live here.
So since my Mum doesn't wants to help me with the cat and can't trust me that I would really do anything for the cat I'll hope to get at least a bit of the money I need for the pet rescue ;-;

Maybe know you wonder why I really want to have a cat and so I want to be honest.
Arround two years ago my two rabbits died and they went with me througha lot of depressions and suffering. Since they aren't anymore I often feel lonely with my problems so I reallly want a new friend to hug when I'm crying. (_{even if I have a boyfriend he can't be always here and we sometimes have fights too :'D})
I have the feeling that live is much more cruel without a little fluffy friend at my side ;-;

and maybe you're wondering why I'm writing this all now:
well it's just, I came home today and the first thing that happened was that my mum was yelling me and I couldn't even explain something. (I just got some cat food and toys from a friend who don't needs it anymore :/)

so I hope that's explanation enough
